Available Positions:

Assistant Manager Network Security: (1 Position)

The incumbent will be reporting to the Sr. Manager IT and will assist in preparation, assessment and enforcement of information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security for both campuses.

Key Skills/Responsibilities:
  • Monitor security breaches and investigate violation when one occurs.
  • Prepare reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
  • Work with system owners to mitigate the risks identified.
  • Secure the network from future threats.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify loopholes and penetration testing, when analysts simulate attacks.
  •  Research and stay updated with latest IT Security trends.
  •  Identify/recommend tolls, processes, software and hardware to improve or replace current security infrastructure practices, services or technologies used globally to meet future requirements.
  •  Evaluate and recommend counter measures against threats to Global information or privacy.
  •  Manage and drive remedial efforts related to information security.
  •  Identify information security gaps in the current operations and work with other teams to maintain BA-wide standards.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of IBA-wide security awareness and education programs that are aligned with global security policy, standards, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
 Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's in Computer Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognized university/Institute with Post degree experience of at least Four (4) years'. Strong technical, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  2. Security certifications in CEH, CISA, CISSP will be considered an added advantage.
  3.  Ability to work with minimal supervision.
2. ERP Financials Executive: (1 Position)

 The incumbent will be reporting to the Team Lead (Financials) and she/he must have the functional and technical knowledge of Accounting and Financial ERP systems and ability to provide functional support to ERP users along with following responsibilities.

 Skills and Competencies:
  • Will mentor and provide essential training to all ERP users and will resolve.
  • Troubleshoot ERP Financial issues reported by the end-user.
  • Provide functional expertise to all users of the departments and help them in preparing MIS reports as part of Financial Module.  Will design, develop, deploy and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP financial system.

 Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from an HEC recognized University/Institute with at least 2 years of experience on any of the ERPs in the Finance Module. 
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced of working on People Soft ERP would be preferred.
 3. ICT Customer Support Executive: (1 Position)

The incumbent will be reporting to the Sr Manager CS and will ensure that the day-to-day operations of the customer support & Help Desk are organized and sufficient coverage is available at all times for end-users.

Skills and Competencies:
  •  Troubleshoot and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiries and resolve the same in timely manner.
  •  Maintain ICT Asset Inventory and organised documents of software and hardware warranty and licenses.
  •   Will administer and manage the team of resident engineers available at both campuses.
  •   Responsible for overall maintenance and technical guidance to support center and the end-users.
  •   Develop, implement and maintain IT service desk policies and procedures as per best practices.
  •  Will provide assistance to the students, faculty and staff.
Requirements:
  1.  Bachelor's in Computer Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognized university;lnstitute with post degree experience of at least two (2) years'. Strong technical, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  2. Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  3. Familiar with IT terminology, support tools and experienced with PC Technologies i.e. (windows 7,8,10), Mobile Devices and MacOS is required.
 4. ERP Campus Executive: (2 Positions)

The incumbent will be reporting to the Team Lead CMS and will assist in resolving technical and functional queries.

 Skills and Competencies:
  • Providing technical support and services to the users.
  • Provide the essential training of ERP to the users concerning best practices of working.
  • Maintain appropriate controls to ensure ERP applications are operating according to all internal and external standardsand compliance requirements.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Higher Education environment and use this understanding to exercise and drive enterprise thinking in all engagements.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by the end-users.
  • Participate actively in rolling out new system functionalities that are required to promote more efficiency and control on the implemented systems.

 Requirements:
  1.  Bachelor's in Computer Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognized university/Institute with post degree experience of at least two (2) years'.
  2.  Strong technical, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

 5. Mobile Application Developer: (1 Position)

 We are looking for a qualified android/i0S application developer to join our team.The incumbent will be reporting to the
 Manager, and is to develop and maintain high quality mobile applications.

Skills and Competencies:
  •  Liaise with the development team to plan new features on iPhone SDK (XCode/Cocoa)/Android SDK.
  •  Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.
  •  Able to integrate ERP system with AndroidnOS Applications.
  •  Strong object oriented design and programming skills in Objective-C and Java (J2EE/J2ME).
  • Ability to support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
 Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from an HEC recognized University/Institute with post.degree experience of at least two (2) years' along with the knowledge of Android Studio, JSON, XML and REST APIs.
  2. Experience of working on People Soft ERP development would be preferred.
