Ministry of Information Technology (MOIT) is in the process of setting up of an Information Technology Park in Islamabad with partner funding from EXIM Bank Korea. A Project management Unit (PMU) is to be established to execute the project. MOIT intends to recruit dynamic and professional personnel on merit and competitive market-based compensation to staff the PMU as per the following criteria.
Available Positions
1. Senior Manager
Qualification: Must have Bachelors/Masters Degree in Public Policy/Public Administration/Economics/ Management or equivalent with minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university.
Experience: 12 years of relevant experience
Skills Required: Senior Manager will report to Project Director and he/she should
have the ability to research best practices and devise policy incentives for technology park, develop strategic road map. Establish master plan for IT park, vision and mid-long term development strategies and action plan. Deliver project management services and ensure inclusion of performance metrics in project procurement plan,Monitor project delivery and implement project controls. Excellent communication/presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English.Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient manner. Ability to lead and work effectively as part of team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment. Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Internet and email applications.
2. Manager ( Finance )
Qualification: Must have Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent as deemed equivalent by HEC with minimum 16 year of education from a university/institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 8 year of commercial experience of working with a reputed construetion/Infrastructure development company. Working for Public sector shall be preferred.   Â
Skills Required: Excellent accounting skills with special emphasis on construction projects. Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment, must have undertaken such projects in the past. Well versed with accounting software related to engineering projects; Internet and email applications.
 3. Manager (Planning)
Qualification: Must have Bachelors/Masters degree in Management Sciences/Public Administration/Business Administration/Project  Management or equivalent with minimum 16 year of education from a university / institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 8 year of relevant experience.
Skills Required: Excellent communication/presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment, must have undertaken such projects in the past. Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Internet and email applications. Project certification in PMP shall be preferred.
 4. Manager (Audit)
Qualification:Â Â Minimum 16 years of education in ACMA, ACCA, MBA, M.Com or equivalent from a university/Institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 8 year of commercial experience of working as an auditor with a reputed construction or infrastructure development company.
Skills Required: Excellent auditing skills with special emphasis on construction projects.years
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment, must have undertaken such projects in the past. Well versed with accounting and auditing software related to engineering projects, Internet and email applications.
5. MEP EngineerÂ
Qualification: 16 years of education. At least Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a university/institute recognized by HEC/Masters degree or certification in PMP shall be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 year of working experience in MEP installation, facility management, building maintenance etc.
Skills Required: Should be capable of preparing project documents for planning and
monitoring of HVAC and Electrical works. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative
team environment, must have undertaken such projects in the past. Well versed with international equipment standards applicable in engineering projects.
Experience:At least five (5) years of working experience in a similar position in a public or private organization.
Skills Required:Â Well versed in use of information and communication technologies.Fluent in MS Office and MS Project.

Experience:At least five (5) years of experience in a public or private sector organization.
Skills Required:Â Ability to read and understand basic Urdu/English
