PRDF assists the industry with pollution monitoring and controls, energy conservation, setting-up testing laboratories, product development, consultancy, evaluating, and analyzing Crude Oil, POL Products, Chemicals, etc., for industries in the public and private sectors. Accountant  Internal Auditor HR Executive Electronic Engineer Jobs in PERAC Research and Development Foundation

ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications and Competencies:

The candidate should possess ACCA/ACMA, with excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards applicable in Pakistan and should be fully conversant with the local tax laws. The candidate should have sound computer skills including MS Office and ERP software, preferably SAP. The candidate should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and managerial skills.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience preferably in a large service-oriented business concern. Practical experience in Accounting, MIS, Budgetary Controls and Taxation matters is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial reports

• Finalisation of management accounts and MIS reports.

• Revenue and capital budgeting, budgetary control and compliance.

• Managing receivables and payables.

• Coordination with auditors and finalization of audit reports.

• Banking, insurance, payroll, etc.

• Taxation.

Age: Should not exceed 35 years


INTERNAL AUDITOR

Qualifications and Competencies:

The candidate should possess ACCA/ACMA degree from a top-notch institution and must have sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP Software, preferably SAP. Working knowledge of the audit software tool will be an added advantage. The candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a reputed corporate entity, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry or a renowned audit firm with work experience in Audit or Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor in preparing and updating the Key Business Risk Registers with the consent of the focal person of the respective department at regular intervals.

• Conduct compliance and business process audits, based on classic and risk-based audit methodology, including preparing audit remits and highlighting the audit objectives and scope.

• Prepare and discuss the audit plan/program with the immediate supervisor.

• Perform Audit fieldwork — including the understanding of processes by inquiry, questionnaire, and auditing the processes.

• Document the process flows and systems during the audit.

• Prepare an Audit File with supporting documents to strengthen the audit findings.

• Prepare draft audit reports with findings, identify the associated risks and provide recommendations for improvements and obtain the concerned department's comments.

• Assist the supervisor in preparing Final Audit Report before presenting it to the management.

Age: Should not exceed 35 years.


HR EXECUTIVE

Qualifications and Competencies:

The candidate should possess MBA (HR)/M.Sc. (HR) or equivalent qualification from a reputable local institution.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist with attention to detail, data analytics, and interpretation to achieve the desired level of results. Worked in a large organisation. preferably in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end core functions including recruitment, performance management, learning, and development, HRIS (SAP), payroll management, etc.

• Ability to provide proactive and timely service delivery to internal clients/employees including senior management on different work-related matters as and when needed.

• Has worked on different latest sourcing strategies and methods including Linkedln and other talent acquisition solutions.

• Possesses excellent ability and skills in different screening and selection tools. Conduct due diligence processes to ensure HR compliance and control mechanism is in place and being monitored.

• Has worked in a growing and fast-paced work environment and delivered quality results within time.

• Has Knowledge of best HR management practices, based on research, market trends, and standards.

Age: Should not exceed 45 years.


ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

Qualifications and Competencies:

The candidate should possess Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from a PEC-accredited university. The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of ICS, PLC, and analytical instrumentation. 

The candidate must be familiar with subsystems such as fire and gas detection systems, analog and digital circuits, electric power supply systems and emergency shutdown systems. The candidate must have good communication skills and a computer literate having command over MS office products.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years relevant experience of working, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.

• Installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of electronic systems as per vendor manuals.

• Developing and maintaining records related to electronic and electrical equipment.

• Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.

• Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.

• Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.
