Assalamo Alaikum to every one, I hope all of you will be good, after a long time I have a great news for you, Maybe you know already the Prime Ministers of Pakistan Imran Khan launched a program in first 100 days duration of his Govt. The Project is known as Naya Pakistan Housing Program.
PM Imran Khan's already told to everyone, he will be launching a Housing Program. In this program has 5 million low cast House for all Pakistan candidate which are registered to NADRA. After the announcement of Naya Pakistan Housing Program, NADRA make a form used as registration form in this program.
In first Phase PM Imran Khan announce for some district of Punjab province, and as soon as possible applied this NADRA form of registration to all Punjab District.

- This form is for registration only?
- Based on the data collected from these forms, housing specification including design price and the site will be decided for the applicants.
- Preference will be given to candidates who do not own any independent resident unit in Pakistan.
- Only one person per family (husband, wife, and children) is eligible to apply in this scheme.
- PKR 250 per form should be deposited along with this registration form.
- It is compulsory to fill every field. Please fill this form in English using Block letters.

Note:
-  Currently, the scheme has been launched for seven districts across Pakistan Candidates from this district can submit their Registration Forms from 22nd October 2018 to 21st December 2018, by depositing registration fee of PKR 250.
- The Registristraion form free of cost Photocopy of the registration Form will also be accepted.
- Provide complete and clear information in the Registration Form.
