Bank of Khyber seeks to onboard an exceptionally strong and goal-oriented professional as Regional Head of Recovery (Punjab). This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Remedial Asset Management Group of one of the premier financial institutions.

 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education required is Graduation preferably in a relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having a Master's degree.

• 12 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 03 years of relevant experience at the senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection Preference will be given to candidates with proven track records of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios.

• Age limit will be governed under the Bank's HR Rules.

 Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank's financial performance.

• Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance.

• Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged accounts. This position is based in Lahore and a market-based remuneration package will be offered.
