EHS ENGINEERS / OFFICERS    

Salary:  6000-8000 SAR                          Quantity: 5

MINIMUM  QUALIFICATION: Diploma / B.Tech Civil J Electrical / Mechanical / EHS Candidates should be qualified with NEBOSH / IOSH.

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 8 years of Exp. in Safety in the Construction of Power Projects. 

OBJECTIVE: As EHS Engineer, a person would be responsible for implementing the Environment, Health & Safety measures at sites as per the IMS manual. He would prepare EHS plan for the activities planned at the site, and conduct ENS training & inspection to ensure safety standards at the site. He would also ensure compliance with legal requirements. Create awareness of safety amongst staff at the site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Facilitate in establishing EHS requirements at the workplace.

• Ensure the implementation of the ENS Management System and norms as per the IMS manual.

• Preparing and updating Project ENS Plan.

• Identify the training needs, plan, and impart training to staff, visitors, subcontractors & workmen at the site.

• Investigate incident trends & initiate necessary corrective & preventive actions at sites.

• Conducting periodical Site EHS Inspections and reporting the finding for corrective action.

• Review & appraise the site EH5 performance and facilitate for improvement.

• Organize campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programs to promote EHS at the workplace, Verify the quality of PPEs & Safety gadgets Monitor the evaluation of compliance to legal requirements as identified by the Cluster EHS Manager at the prescribed frequency.

• Appraise the project manager and cluster EHS In charge on matters of non-compliance and facilitate compliance. Act as a catalyst for the Project EHS Committee activities.

• Preparing ENS Risk

Assessment and Safe Work Method.

• Timely reporting of ENS shortcomings to

the project manager for continual improvement.

• Act as a catalyst for establishing, implementing & maintaining emergency preparedness and response procedure at project sites.

• Reporting the site EHS statistics & performance to IS/NS on a regular basis.

• Prepare and sent weekly and Monthly reports to CEHSC / M.

   QA / QC ENGINEERS 

SALARY:  6000-8000 SAR.            QUANTITY: 05

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Diploma / B.E. - Civil.

EXPERIENCE: 4 -8 years Exp. in QA /QC activities in the Construction of Renewable project & handling QMS Management functions in_ Construction Projects. 

OBJECTIVE: Constant endeavor to improve the quality of work being carried out at the site. To lead the Quality function and implement Quality Assurance & Control plan at the site. Effective handling of client inspections and closing of complaints if any and tome. Ensure the quality of materials received at the location as per project requirements. Conduct training for supervisors & subcontractors on construction activities and work procedures. Also, ensure that all test equipment is calibrated and suitable for site use.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct inspection, test, and quality checks to ensure the works executed are as per approved drawing and work procedures/method statements.

• Identify Risks & opportunities, plan & implement mitigation for risks affecting quality. 

• Follow up for Corrective & risk mitigation on non-conformity.

• Interface with the project team and client towards inspection and resolution of quality issues including raising NAR (Non-Acceptance Report) and NCR (Non-Compliance Report) and follow up for closure on time. 

• Implement & monitor all QMS (Quality Management System) related activities. 

• Share the regular update on quality deviations at the site and take necessary corrective and preventive actions for further improvement. 

• Maintain all QA/QC-related documentation of the project like Audit reports, site inspection, tests, cube tests, pH of water, test results, NAR / NCR, site observations, training, etc.

CONTRACT ENGINEERS / ADMINISTRATORS 

CIVIL ENGINEERING

 SALARY: 7000-10000 SAR.             QUANTITY: 10

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering 

• At Least 6 years experience and above

• Knowledge of contractual correspondence and drafting Agreements and commercial aspects of the project 

• Currently working as a contract

• Administrator/Engineer for the last 3 years 

• Willing to work at Neom

• Must be Fluent in English.
