Pay Scale: 70,035-7,004-210,105
Gross Salary: Rs.195,8891- per month (Negotiable)
Contract: 02 years (Renewable)

• MPA/MBA/Masters in HR from HEC Recognized University with at least 2nd Division or

Minimum 08 years of experience in core Human Resource Functions including but not limited to equivalent CGPA.

Well Conversant with hands-on experience of MS Office

Knowledge and experience on the application of OD strategies in line with the business requirements for change management.

Maximum 40 years (including all age relaxations)

Application Procedure:

Terms of Reference:
  1. Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting an incomplete application shall not be considered.
  2. Interviews will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta (or any other city) for which separate notices will be issued (depending on the number of candidates).
  3. The candidates to be called for the interview have to produce original documents for necessary verification while appearing for the interview.
  4.  No TA / DA is admissible for test/interview.
  5. The appointment will be subject to CAA's medical fitness standards.
  6. Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of CAA.
  7. Government servants/employees of autonomous bodies/corporations will be required to submit NOC from the current employer before the interview.
  8. Incorrect information and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate is otherwise qualified.
  9. In case, any educational documents or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect/fake/bogus at any stage, the services of the selected candidate will be terminated immediately and he/she will not be eligible for any job in future in CAA.
