Prepare the outline of the scope of the project, making a timeline and budget, and assigning tasks to team members. Keeping team members on task in order to meet deadlines and address any concerns or obstacles.
02 Senior Project Coordinator (Civil/E&M)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering15 – 20 years’ experience.
Coordinating activities, resources and equipment. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objective. Help prepare project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget
03 Resident Engineer/AREÂ
B.Sc. Civil Engineering / M.Sc. Civil Engineering.15 – 20 years’ experience.
Resident Engineer/ ARE will participate in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of field engineering assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems.
 04 Project Control ManagerÂ
B.Sc. Civil Engineering / M.Sc. Civil Engineering15 – 20 years’ experience.
Manages and oversees project controls for engineering and construction projects. Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review.
05 HSE Safety Manager
OSHA or EHS Certified15 – 20 years experience.
 Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) managers are responsible for developing and implementing project safety programs. The specialist will review and update project HSE policies and conduct risk assessments.
06 Electrical Site EngineerÂ
B.Sc. Electrical Engineering / M.Sc. Electrical Engineering15 – 20 years’ experience.
Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work and operating activities Handle the tasks of preparing and updating all electrical issues. Supervise engineers / inspectors in installing electrical equipment at different work stations.
07 QA/QC Site EngineerÂ
B.Sc. Civil Engineering / M.Sc. Civil Engineering15 – 20 years’ experience.
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
08 HVAC Senior Design EngineersÂ
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering / M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering10 – 15 years’ experience.
To design the HVAC system as per the requirements through various stages like designing, fabricating, and testing. Apply the technical expertise and knowledge to support the designing, manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting
09 Senior Electrical Design Engineer
 B.Sc. Electrical Engineering / M.Sc. Electrical Engineering10 – 15 years’ experience.
Design the electrical systems and handle the development of lighting, wiring systems, electric motors, navigation systems, and utilities. Create best routes for power supplies and estimate cost, reliability and safety factors.
10 Senior Engineer Highway DesignÂ
B.Sc. Civil / Transportation. Preferably M.Sc. Transportation7-10 years’ experience.
 Perform engineering design tasks for roadway from preliminary to final design .Develop specifications and cost estimates. Reviewing design and drafting works
11 Traffic Analyst / Transport ModellerÂ
B.Sc. Transportation / M.Sc. Transportation7-10 years’ Experience
Evaluates and designs transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Analyzes freight costs and classifications, delivery methods, and delivery schedules to minimize delivery costs and maximize users’ satisfaction.
12 Material Engineer
 B.Sc. Civil Engineering / B.Sc. Engineering Geology10 – 15 years’ experience.
Provide technical advice about the suitability of materials and overseeing the daily laboratory’s operations, and ensuring that all testing is executed in line with followed standards and compliance with policies and procedures for safety and integrity. Performing tests and corresponding analysis on sample materials.
13 Civil Site Engineer / InspectorÂ
B.Sc. Civil Engineering / DAE05 – 12 years’ experience.
Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification. Liaising with the planning engineer regarding construction programmes and checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
14 Electrical Site Engineer / InspectorsÂ
B.Sc. Electrical Engineering / DAE05 – 12 years’ experience.
(low current system like BMS, Fire Alarm, etc.) Survey, Design, installing and Execution of Security systems. Participates in the development of Low current systems (CCTV, Access door, UPS, Controller systems, etc) as well as related policies and procedures.
15 Mechanical Site Engineer / InspectorÂ
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering / DAE05 – 12 years’ experience.
Implements and monitor all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
16 Telecom Design EngineersÂ
B.Sc. Electrical / Electronic Engineering05 – 15 years’ experience.
 Planning, designing, commissioning and monitoring of complex telecommunication equipment and facilities and associated broadcasting equipment such as electronic switching systems, copper telephone facilities, video conferencing links and fiber optics
17 GIS expertÂ
B.Sc. in geography05 – 15 years’ experience.
Create maps and graphs, using GIS software and related equipment. Compile geographic data from a variety of sources including censuses, field observation, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps
18 Laboratory TechniciansÂ
DAE / Short Diploma in Materials.05 – 10 years’ experience.
19 Quantity SurveyorsÂ
Three years diploma of Associate EngineerMinimum 5 years relevant experience.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work and perform risk, value management and cost control.
20 Surveyors, Site Inspectors, Material InspectorsÂ
Three years diploma of Associate EngineerMinimum 5 years relevant experience.
