The company is currently looking for a result-oriented, competent and energetic professional for the position of Head of Sales (Individual Life) to be based at its head office in Karachi.
Position requirements are as under:
Experience: 10+ years with at least 2 years being In a similar role at a large-sized local or foreign company in the related sector or any other sector encompassing a huge consumer base and sales/distribution network e.g. Pharma, FMCG, Distribution. Logistics. Financial Institutions etc.
Skill set: Excellent interpersonal. team-building, coaching and leadership skills along with planning and forecasting skills. Candidate must have demonstrable accomplishments in achieving sales/distribution targets at Regional/ National level.
Education: At least Bachelor's degree. Master's degree holder is preferred.
Sales certification/ training is a plus.
Travel: Extensive travel required.
