Instructions & General Conditions

1.  From Sr.# 6 to 9 preference shall be given to the candidates having domicile of Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Attock, Peshawar, Mardan, Bannu, and Mianwali.
2. Interested candidates should submit application form, which can be downloaded from www.ntdc.com.pk.
3. Different Quota such as Minorities, Disabled, and Employee’s Children Quota etc. will be observed as per policy.
4. In service employees shall submit their application through proper channel with N.O.C issued by the Head of Department.
5. Five (05) years general age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed upper age limits to all posts as per Government Policy.
6. Applications received after due date shall not be entertained, while who have applied earlier will have to submit their applications a fresh.
7. Only short listed candidates will be contacted / called for test/interview.
8. Candidates if selected will be required to perform duty in the jurisdiction of GSO Region Islamabad as per requirement of the Company.
9. Candidates applying against disabled quota must attach Disability Certificate from Assessment Board for the disabled persons from city/district/provincial council for rehabilitation of disabled persons.
10. Candidates who wish to apply against more than vacancy should apply separately for each position.
11. Original documents must be provided by the candidates at the time of interview.
12. Application shall be received only through Mail/Courier Service/Pakistan Post etc. It may clearly be noted that no application will be received personally or by hand.
13. NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.
14. No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates called for test/interview.
15. Age limit will be determined from the last date of submission of applications.
16. Candidates should write the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.
17. Application on prescribed form along-with attested copies of relevant educational qualification certificates/testimonials/CNIC and 02-recent passport size photographs should reach the office of Chief Engineer.
